We deliver full-scope electronics manufacturing — from PCBA and box-build assembly to testing, conformal coating, and final product integration — for clients in defence, medical, industrial, automotive, and telecommunications. What sets us apart is true vertical integration. Operating within the High-Tech Hill campus in Vilnius, TLT Electronics works alongside sister divisions producing PCBs and plastic and mechanical components on the same secure site. The result: shorter lead times, tighter quality control, robust IP protection, and a resilient EU-based supply chain. Our production floor is built for scale and precision — high-speed SMT lines with Fuji NXT pick-and-place equipment, selective soldering, AOI, X-ray, and ICT/FCT testing. THT, mixed-technology assembly, and complex box-build are handled in-house. With our new Vilnius facility, group annual capacity has grown from 10 to 30 million devices, supported by additional production in Molėtai (Lithuania) and Vietnam. Operations are backed by certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, and AQAP 2110.
